In Ground Transportation Services we know that sometimes even the most well organized travel plans can go wrong. Showing understanding to the unforeseen factors, the following cancellation policy will be applied. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and confirmed by us so your cancellation will be on record. We do not accept cancellations by phone, text message or 3rd parties.
The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
For your Tours
If you cancel 48 hours or more before the agreed date and time of service: No Fees, 0% of cost of the services booked.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before agreed date and time of service: 50% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.
If you need to change the date and time of your service less than 12 hours before the agreed date and time of service: 50% of cost of the services booked will be charged by the company. If you are no show, 100% of cost of the services booked will be charged.
For your Shore Excursions
If you are a cruise passenger and your ship does not dock, no cancellation fee applies. Other cancellations and changes are subject to the written notice periods stated in your confirmation.
